Current Projects
The DeShong Lab conducts research focusing on the conceptualization of personality traits and personality disorders. The DeShong Lab is a highly active research lab that is in the process of data collection for several different studies investigating emotion dysregulation, suicide risk, interpersonal problems, and personality change over time. Recent projects have investigated personality traits and personality pathology in relation to Hoarding Disorder, negative thinking styles, and non-suicidal self-injury.
